My biggest problem with Ann Taylor is that she stated that IGG was an attack on Bryan’s privacy. But it was crime scene DNA! It was unknown ‘Jon Doe’ (probably criminal) discarded DNA. The IGG was not done on known-BK-DNA. IGG was only done on the left behind, criminal DNA. Found on the knife sheath. So, AnnTaylor wants to have it both ways she wants to claim that sheath DNA is not Bryan’s in one breath and then claim in the next breath that because it turned out to be Bryan’s it’s a violation of his privacy. So come on Ann! Is it Bryan’s? or is it not Bryan’s DNA? 🧬 🧬 🧬 And it really sounds to me like Ann Taylor is saying, ‘So, even if criminals are really guilty, but you can’t prove them guilty (beyond a reasonable doubt), then they should be allowed to go free.’ This can be reworded in a rather unpleasant way to reflect that crime is a game, and if you can get away with it, good for you!
